What does "certified diamond" mean?
Every diamond in our offer is accompanied by a GIA or IGI certificate, attesting to its origin, cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. Without a certificate, the stone is not considered authentic.

What does the jewelry warranty cover?
The standard 24-month warranty covers manufacturing and assembly defects. It does not include normal wear, loss of stones due to impact, or modifications made by third parties.

How is the delivery time calculated?
The displayed timeframe starts from the moment payment is confirmed and does not include weekends or public holidays. For custom jewelry, the timeframe may be extended by up to 10 business days.

What does "18K gold" mean in the description?
18K gold contains 75% pure gold, with the remainder being alloys that provide durability and color. It is not the same as 24K gold (pure, softer) or 14K gold (58.5% gold).

Can I return a piece of jewelry after wearing it?
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, only if the product is in its original condition, with no signs of wear, and with all documents and packaging intact. Custom jewelry cannot be returned.
