Every diamond in our offer is accompanied by a GIA or IGI certificate, attesting to its origin, cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. Without a certificate, the stone is not considered authentic.
Guaranteed authenticityThe standard 24-month warranty covers manufacturing and assembly defects. It does not include normal wear, loss of stones due to impact, or modifications made by third parties.
Limited warrantyThe displayed timeframe starts from the moment payment is confirmed and does not include weekends or public holidays. For custom jewelry, the timeframe may be extended by up to 10 business days.
Estimated delivery18K gold contains 75% pure gold, with the remainder being alloys that provide durability and color. It is not the same as 24K gold (pure, softer) or 14K gold (58.5% gold).
Metal compositionReturns are possible within 14 days of receipt, only if the product is in its original condition, with no signs of wear, and with all documents and packaging intact. Custom jewelry cannot be returned.
