The placed order represents a firm offer from the customer, and Diastar confirms its acceptance by email, after verifying stock and payment data.
The customer undertakes to provide true and complete information upon registration and not to use the site for fraudulent activities. Any attempt to interfere with system security or access other users' data will result in immediate account suspension and notification of the competent authorities.
Diastar guarantees the authenticity of the diamonds and precious metals used, each piece being accompanied by the corresponding certificate. Our liability is limited to the value of the ordered product, in the case of proven hidden defects or discrepancies. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of profit or opportunities, caused by delivery delays or usage errors.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access who violates the terms, without prior notice. In case of cancellation, the customer will be refunded for unprocessed orders, according to the return policy. Any repeated abuse may lead to permanent account blocking.
Diastar may periodically update these terms. The current version is always available on this page, and substantial changes will be communicated by email or through an announcement on the site. Continued use after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
